Triumph NIL

Our team led the negotiation and launch of 5 CPG beverage collaborations projected to generate $250K+ annually in royalties for Triumph NIL. We also facilitated a mental health app partnership that paid out $40K+ to athletes and supported membership sales efforts that drove $35K+ in revenue in just three months.

We built Triumph’s full go-to-market plan for collaborative product launches—from market analysis to branding and media execution. We also launched a creator-led subscription campaign and delivered a data analysis project for Triumph’s CEO to support major donor fundraising tied to NCAA Transfer Portal trends.
